The basic terms for using CENT HQ's website and platforms. Last updated 2026.
This is a general starting policy for CENT HQ and the platforms under it.
Using our platforms
By creating an account with CENT App, GradBridge, Medlyt, Crafta, TrueScholar, or P91, you agree to use them for their intended purpose and not to misuse, resell, or attempt to disrupt the service.
Accounts
Your account with any of our platforms is yours to keep secure. You're responsible for what happens under your login, and we may suspend an account we reasonably believe is being misused.
Payments
Where a platform charges for access, such as Medlyt's Study Packs, prices are shown before you pay, and payments are handled by our payment providers rather than stored directly by CENT HQ.
Ownership of your work
Work you produce using TrueScholar, GradBridge's document support, or any other CENT HQ platform remains yours. We don't claim ownership of academic or professional documents you create or upload.
Digital Services clients
Custom work delivered through CENT Digital Services is governed by the separate agreement signed for that project, not by this general page.
Changes
We may update these terms as platforms move from development into live use. Continued use of a platform after an update means you accept the current version.
